I believe in the benefits of green tea, and try to drink it every day. I am not educated on the different strains of green tea, and do not know how these green teas differ in taste, because there are some green teas I am not favorable to. I love Jasmine green tea. CAn anyone explain the differences. Also I got a box of tea labeled green/white tean. Some green teas taste like grass from the backyard.
